(VOVworld)- Pham Van Dong University will hold a workshop on historical and legal aspects regarding national sovereignty over Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagoes in Quang Ngai province next week. 50 foreign and Vietnamese scholars, researchers, lawyers and local government representatives will discuss and clarify historical evidence confirming Vietnam’s continuous and peaceful sovereignty over Hoang Sa and Truong Sa. They suggested resolutions to conflict in the archipelagos and the East Sea in line with international law and practices.
