(VOVworld) – The government has sent 3,400 tonnes of rice and 82,000 gift sets worth 850,000 USD for the poor in the central province of Quang Binh to welcome Tet. The provincial authorities paid pre-Tet visits to some outstanding families of beneficiaries. A total of 30,000 beneficiaries’ relatives receive Tet gifts from State President Truong Tan Sang this year.
