Russia: 38 killed in big fire in Moscow

A fire raged through a psychiatric hospital outside Moscow early Friday, killing 38 people. According to the Russian state news agency RIA, the fire broke out at 3am local time when 41 people were in the hospital. Firefighters could only rescue three people- a nurse and two patients. According to the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, 12 bodies have been found so far in the building, which was completely destroyed.
