(VOVworld) – Russian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Gennady Gatilov on Friday criticized the US’s statement, which said that one of the achievements of President Donald Trump’s first 100 days in power in foreign policy is “the isolation of Russia in the UN”.

Gatilov called this a strange statement, adding that Russia seeks cooperation with all countries, including, primarily, with the United States within the UN. He added that instead of putting someone in isolation, all sides should seek common ground and thereby reach mutually acceptable solutions to existing problems.
