The company said this will ensure Belarus oil factories’ operation for January. Russian oil enterprise Transneft said it has received a request of 130,000 tons of crude oil to Novopolotsk oil refinery of Belarus.

Russia paused oil supply for Belarus when Moscow and Minsk did not agree on oil supply and transit terms for 2020. Belarus is an important transit route for Russian oil and gas to Western Europe, with an annual trade volume of 24 million tons.
