According to a report on the Voice of Russia, the number of Vietnamese students in Russia will increase thanks to a new educational deal reached during a recent Vietnam visit by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The Tula State University (TSU) has about 180 students from Vietnam, which tops the list of 55 nations sending students to Russia. 20 students are paying in their own way while the rest enjoy government scholarships.
