At Thursday’s referendum, Scottish voted 62% to stay and 32% to leave the EU. According to an agreement related to sharing some rights of the UK to Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, the rules promulgated by the UK to approve the Brexit must be agreed by the three countries’ parliaments. Sturgeon said Scotland is likely to hold a referendum on leaving the UK, so it can stay in the EU at Scots’ will.
