(VOVworld) – The Vietnamese party and state always attach importance to ensuring human rights, especially as Vietnam is stepping up efforts to boost its international integration. This was agreed to at a seminar to discuss measures to ensure and promote human rights that opened on Friday in Soc Trang province. Delegates shared experiences in organizing activities to guarantee human rights in Vietnam, especially in the southwestern region, and proposed ideas for the implementation of a project on “Ensuring and fighting for human rights as Vietnam intensifies international integration”. They also heard reports on a number of theoretical and practical matters regarding activities to guarantee human rights in Vietnam.
