(VOVworld)- The EU-sponsored talks between Kosovo and Serbia ended on Wednesday without a concluding press briefing.

Earlier before the talks, the Serbian President ruled out discussion on Kosovo independence, saying that both sides would discuss Serbian administrative offices in Kosovo and a bridge dividing north and south of Mitrovica City between Albanian and Serbian people.
