South Korean officials visit Pyongyang ahead of summit

(VOVWORLD) - A group of South Korean officials traveled to North Korea Sunday to prepare for an upcoming inter-Korean summit scheduled for next week.

South Korean President Moon Jae-in will visit Pyongyang from Tuesday to Thursday to discuss with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un denuclearization and measures to improve relations between the two Koreas. President Moon will be accompanied by 200 South Korean officials. All major events including the Moon-Kim meeting will be broadcast live. The two leaders met twice this year in April and May.
