(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung chaired a meeting of the state steering committee on key transport projects in Hanoi on Thursday.

He said that infrastructure is a decisive factor in creating a favorable investment and business environment. He asked committee members to focus on land clearance and counterpart funds for the projects: “The Finance Ministry should provide help in terms of principles, laws, and policies. Capital from this investment fund is not used for doing business but for land clearance when needed.”
