(VOVworld)- Thai Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Yingluck Shinawatra told the National Channel TV on Monday that she has decided to submit to the King a draft decree to dissolve the Thai National Assembly. She also said that a general election day will be decided as soon as possible. In the interim, Yingluck and her cabinet will still act as the government until a new National Assembly is elected. Meanwhile, anti-government organizers continue to conduct protests at the Prime Minister’s Palace. Protesters say they are ready to establish a “People’s National Assembly”.
