(VOVworld) – The 14th session of the Ha Noi People's Council concluded on Friday after 4 days. Vice Secretary of the Hanoi Municipal Party Committee and Director of the Hanoi Police Nguyen Duc Chung was elected as Chairman of the Municipal People’s Committee.

At the session, the deputies approved important decisions to meet demand for the capital city’s construction and development. They also worked out targets and tasks for socio-economic development and national security for the next 5 years.
