Top legislator urges Hanoi’s equal, comprehensive, sustainable development
(VOVWORLD) - National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue on Monday stressed the need for equal, comprehensive and sustainable development of Hanoi.

Addressing a meeting of the municipal People’s Council, Chairman Hue urged stronger measures to achieve this year’s socio-economic development targets.
"It’s important to remove bottlenecks, complete institutions, accelerate public investment projects, particularly infrastructure and housing projects. Resources should also be focused on the cultural industry and socio-economic development in rural areas."
The People’s Council meeting is expected to approve more than 40 reports and resolutions.
