(VOVworld)  - A community-based library friendly to children was inaugurated in Dong Anh district on the outskirts of Hanoi on Wednesday.

The library in Dong Hoi kindergarten aims to create the best learning environment for children. Nguyen Ba Minh, an official within the Ministry of Education and Training, said: “The library will give teachers and parents essential information on child care and education.”

The library was a joint project of UNICEF Vietnam, Samsung, and the Vietnam Institute of Educational Sciences.
