Prime Minister Chinh, who leads the Steering Committee, said that over the past nine months, administrative reform has achieved positive results, contributing to national socio-economic development.

“Administrative reform is an important and breakthrough step that must be strongly and synchronously implemented at all levels and sectors. Investing in administrative reform and improving administrative efficiency is an investment in development and puts people and businesses at the center. This is a difficult and complicated job, but it must be done, because it serves development, people and businesses,” he added.

The Prime Minister suggested that Steering Committee members clearly define their roles and responsibilities for the administrative reform of the country and  closely  coordinate with the ministries, sectors, and People's Committees of provinces and cities to accomplish assigned tasks and accelerate administrative reform in the last months of 2022.

The job must be done with innovative, practical and effective ways in line with the Government's mantra "Unity and discipline, proactive adaption, safe and effective recovery and development," he said.
