US, North Korean officials meet for talks on possible summit
(VOVWORLD) - US State Department spokeswoman Heather Nauert said Sunday that a US delegation is meeting with North Korean officials in Panmunjom, at the border between North and South Korea, about a possible US-North Korea summit.

The meeting between US President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un is scheduled for June 12 in Singapore.
Trump said that Washington is having very productive talks with Pyongyang. He tweeted Sunday that he believes North Korea has “brilliant potential and will be a great economic and financial Nation one day,” and that Kim Jong Un agrees with him on this.
