She asked the embassy’s staff to give more advice to the Party and State on specific measures to further promote partnership between Vietnam and the UAE.

During her stay in UAE on Monday and Tuesday, Vice President Thinh had a working session with leaders of Nakheel & Limitless Group – a major state-owned from of the UAE operating in real estate, resort and entertainment. The Vice President said the Vietnamese Government always welcomes and is willing to create favorable conditions for UAE investors to operate in Vietnam. Mentioning the Dubai-based firm’s 550 million USD Ha Long Star project in Vietnam’s Quang Ninh province, Ms. Thinh said the Government of Vietnam will support the implementation of the project to make it a symbol of cooperation ties between the two countries. She called on the firm to speed up its project with priority given to using local workers.
