Vietnam Airlines inspects flight landing on wrong runway
(VOVWORLD) -A Vietnam Airlines flight from HCM city to Nha Trang on Sunday landed on a runway which has not been put into use at Cam Ranh airport.
All 203 passengers and crew members on flight VN7344 were safe. The national flag carrier immediately suspended the pilots and dispatched a team to Cam Ranh to inspect the incident and check the Airbus A321 aircraft. The captain is an American pilot who has worked for Vietnam Airlines since January, 2018. The aircraft was delivered in August, 2015.
