He told the visiting chairman of the association Choi Young Joo in Hanoi on Tuesday that the visit coincided with the 20^th anniversary of diplomatic ties and both countries’ ongoing negotiation for a free trade area agreement. Chairman Choi pledged his utmost to promote the image of Vietnam and facilitate Korean investment in the country while raising the bilateral strategic partnership.
