(VOVworld) – Vietnam and the US Wednesday began consultation on Vietnam’s suit against the US for imposing anti-dumping duties on frozen shrimp imported from Vietnam. The consultation focused on the US’s implementation of anti-dumping duties, amendment of the US’s law relating on measurement of dumping margin and US’s procedures on anti-dumping investigation to items imported from Vietnam. A Dispute Settlement Body from the World Trade Organization will be set up if the dispute cannot be resolved.
