(VOVworld) – Vietnam attaches great importance to cooperation with Sudan.

At Tuesday’s reception in Hanoi for the newly appointed Sudanese Ambassador to Vietnam, Sayed Eltayeb Ahmad, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung expressed his hope that both countries could boost cooperation in the areas of economics, trade, investment, and rice production.

He said the Vietnamese government, ministries, and relevant agencies would facilitate the best possible conditions for the Ambassador to do his job and enhance bilateral ties.

Ambassador Sayed Eltayed Ahmad pledged to do his utmost during his term of office to advance bilateral cooperation.
