Vietnam attends Bangladesh Communist Party’s 11th Congress
(VOVworld) - A delegation from the Communist Party of Vietnam attended the 11th Congress of the Communist Party of Bangladesh from October 28 to 31.

The delegation led by Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for External Relations Nguyen Tuan Phong, sent a congratulatory message. Meeting with leaders of the Communist Party of Bangladesh, Mr. Phong informed his host of the current socio-economic situation in Vietnam and highlighted the Communist Party of Vietnam’s guidelines on renovation and external affairs. He also exchanged ideas on enhancing solidarity and friendship between the two countries and their communist parties.
President of the Communist Party of Bangladesh Mujahidul Islam Selim and Secretary General Syed Abu Zafar referred to the strong solidarity and mutual assistance of the two parties in the past, stressing that they support the Communist Party of Vietnam’s external affairs policy. They said they hope to increase the solidarity, amity, and cooperation between the two countries’ parties and peoples.
