Vietnamese Ambassador to Egypt Do Hoang Long said: “This Culture Day is one of several activities celebrating 55 years of diplomatic ties between Vietnam and Egypt. The Vietnamese Embassy in Egypt has opened a reading room at the Ismailia public library to facilitate access to information on Vietnam. We hope more such events will be held in other provinces of Egypt to popularize Vietnam’s image and boost economic and trade cooperation.”

The same day, Ambasador Long attended a working session with Ismailia Governor Yassin Taher to explore possible cooperation between Ismailia and Vietnamese localities.
