The Ambassador also asked the organization to recruit Vietnamese staff to work at the OPCW and Chemtech.

Arias said he believes Ambassador Nam will fulfill his mission effectively, boosting relations between Vietnam and the Netherlands, and between Vietnam and the OPCW. He acknowledged Nam’s proposals and the possibility of providing chemical analysis equipment to laboratories in Vietnam.
