(VOVworld) – The 2015 Vietnam E-payment Forum opened in Hanoi on Wednesday. In his address, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam said that despite the rapid development of e-commerce in Vietnam, cash payments still account for 65% of total transactions.
