(VOVworld) – President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee Nguyen Thien Nhan visited the Catholic Solidarity Committee in Binh Duong province and Phu Cuong diocese in Thu Dau Mot city on Monday in anticipation of Christmas.

Mr. Nhan called on the Fatherland Front in Binh Duong to be more united and pay more attention to the aspirations of Catholic followers. He asked priests to continue to use their prestige to do good works in the spirit of the living gospel and to follow the Pope’s admonition that “a good Catholic must be a good citizen”.
