To promote economic and trade ties, we propose to establish a railway corridor from Vietnam, transit in China, to Kazakhstan, Russia, and European countries. The Astana International Financial Center offers financial access to Vietnamese businesses. Kazakhstan grows plants and raises animals that Vietnam doesn’t have, and vice verse. Last year, Kazakhstan transported 5,700 tons of wheat to Vietnam.”

The Ambassador said both countries can establish joint ventures. He has recommended Vietnam’s TH True Milk and Vinamilk to open facilities in Kazakhstan and invited other businesses to invest in agriculture.
