(VOV) – Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs Pham Thi Hai Chuyen has begun a three-day visit to Laos to strengthen bilateral labor and social welfare cooperation.

She had a working session with her Laotian counterpart Onchanh Thammavong to review recent Vietnam-Laos cooperation. They committed to speed up negotiation for a new labor cooperation agreement. They agreed to co-organize 3rd Labor and Social Affairs Ministers’ Meeting, accelerate the construction of U Domsay vocational training center and Ban Con orthopedic and rehabilitation center.
