(VOVworld) - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has congratulated Ambassador of Timor Leste Jorge Trindade Neves De Camoes on fulfilling assigned tasks during his four-year tenure in Vietnam.

At a reception in Hanoi on Friday, Mr. Phuc hailed the growing bilateral ties over the past years, especially in rice trade.
He affirmed that Vietnam will continue to supply rice to Timor Leste in the long term. The outgoing ambassador wished that the Vietnamese government would encourage firms to do business in Timor Leste and vowed that in any position, he will serve as a bridge to step up bilateral ties.
