The ceremony is held by the Vietnamese Embassy in Mozambique.

Addressing the ceremony, Ambassador Le Huy Hoang praised the contributions of Movitel, the Military-run telecommunications company Viettel Group’s branch in Mozambique, adding that the branch staff and soldiers have helped strengthen bonds among the local overseas Vietnamese community. He said that in the past 6 years, Movitel has brought economic interests to Vietnam while promoting the beautiful image of Vietnam’s land and people to the local community in Mozambique. He voiced his hope that Movitel staff would continue their efforts to gain more success in Mozambique.
