At a meeting on Friday with visiting Minister and Secretary General of the presidency Patrick Achi and a high-ranking delegation of Ivory Coast, Mr. Dam spoke highly of the traditional partnership between the two nations, as well as support and sentiments of people of Ivory Coast towards Vietnam over the time. He urged the two countries to promote cooperation in human resources, digital economy and economic structure transition. Dam underlined the establishment of cooperation mechanisms at governmental and ministry levels to strengthen the bilateral cooperation and friendship for the benefit of the two countries' enterprises and peoples. Achi said during the visit, his delegation had working sessions with leaders of various agencies to discuss the implementation of e-government and digital economy. He expressed his hope to learn experience from Vietnam’s education development, especially high school education.
