(VOVWORLD) - The Health Ministry confirmed 31,814 new cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday, a new daily record.
Hanoi continues to lead with 3,972 infections, followed by Hai Duong province (1,807) and Hai Phong city (1,417).
So far, the country has recorded 2,572,087 cases of COVID-19 including 2,242,273 recoveries.
39,122 patients have died.
More than 186 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been administered nationwide.
