(VOVworld) – Current environmental issues and ways to enhance collaboration on the environment topped the agenda of the 13^th Vietnam – South Korea Ministerial Conference on Environment in Hanoi on Wednesday.
During the conference, co-chaired by South Korean Minister of Environment Jo Kyung-Kyu and Vietnamese Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Tran Hong Ha, the two sides discussed cooperation in biodiversity research, wastewater treatment in industrial zones, and an electromagnetic waste treatment plant.
The Vietnam-South Korea online environment information system and South Korea’s support in training Vietnamese environment executives were also discussed.
