(VOVworld) – A seminar was held in Hanoi on Monday to analyze the 2004 Law on Child Protection, Care, and Education.  First issued in 1991 and revised in 2004, the Law has created a legal foundation for protecting and educating children. It also ensures the implementation of their rights, and improvement of their material and spiritual lives.

Speakers at the seminar discussed recommendations and revision to further perfect the legal document in line with the country’s new development.
