Vietnam turns attractive to Hong Kong (China) investors

(VOVworld) -  Vietnam has turned attractive to Hong Kong investors as a result of the weakening of traditional markets and a shift to newly emerging markets. Hong Kong’s Skypost newspaper on Thursday quoted Jonathan Choi, Chairman of the Sun Wah group, an experienced firm in the Asian market, as saying that Vietnam has advantages to attract investment, which include government policies to draw foreign capital, simplified tax procedures, and low labor and land cost.

Choi expressed his confidence in the Vietnamese market, saying that though Sun Wah’s investment in Vietnam already accounts for 50% of its total investment in Southeast Asia, the group plans to invest even more capital in Vietnam.
