(VOVWORLD) - Strong products of Vietnam and China, including farm produce, sea food, machinery, handicraft products, and electronic housewares, will be displayed at a fair opening in Ha Long city and Mong Cai city in early December.
Themed “Cooperation and Development”, the Vietnam-China International Travel and Trade Fair will be the 12th of a series, hosted alternately by Vietnam’s Quang Ninh province and China’s Guangxi province. The week-long event will feature 300 booths of Vietnamese products and 100 booths of Chinese products.
Nguyen Tien Dung, Deputy Chairman of the Mong Cai municipal People’s Committee, said: “A highlight of this year’s event will be a conference to promote fruit trading between Quang Ning province’s Mong Cai city and Guangxi province’s Dongxing border gate. We hope to expand ties between the two countries’ fruit companies.”
The fair will also feature conferences on trade, tourism, and investment, contract signings, and art performances.
