The two leaders emphasized the importance of implementing a cooperative project to construct a light industrial park in the Moscow region. Ambassador Son said several Vietnamese textile and garment, agriculture, and food businesses want to establish an industrial zone in the region. Among them, the True Milk Company is expected to invest 1 billion USD in producing animal feed, raising dairy cows, and manufacturing dairy products for Russian markets as well as for export to other countries. Several Vietnamese businesses specializing in traditional herbal medicine want to construct a traditional herbal medicine healthcare centre in the region, Son added.

Both sides agreed to speed up negotiations to build an industrial park in the Moscow region as soon as possible.
