The decision is stated in a decree issued on June 13, 2023 and has taken effect immediately from that day.

The agreement states that citizens of each country, if holding a valid national passport, with a validity of at least 6 months, will be exempted from visas to enter, exit, transit, and temporarily stay in the territory of the other country for a period of time not exceeding 30 days from the date of entry and not exceeding 90 days for each 180-day period.

If citizens plan to stay longer than this time frame, they will have to apply for a visa.
