(VOVworld)-Vietnamese Ambassador to China Nguyen Van Tho reviewed Vietnam’s development history over the past 67 years at a meeting to mark the National Day. He thanked the Chine government and people and international friends for their contribution during Vietnam’s fight for national independence and national construction. A similar event took place in the Vietnamese Embassy in Australia. On this occasion, Australian Lower House Speaker Peter Slipper committed his support and efforts to boosting bilateral ties. The Vietnamese Embassy in Thailand held a ceremony on Friday to mark the event. International guests hoped for Vietnam’s further contribution to peace, stability and development in the region and the world.
