(VOVworld) – Education First (EF) ranked Vietnam 29
th in English proficiency among 70 countries around the world. On EF’s English Proficiency Index (EPI) 2015, Vietnam scored 53.81 percent out of 100. Vietnam ranked 5
th of 16 Asian nations. Last year Vietnam ranked 33
rd of 63 countries tested by EPI.
