Vietnamese evacuated from Ukraine to neighboring countries receive support

(VOVWORLD) - 300 Vietnamese citizens evacuated to the Czech Republic and neighboring countries to avoid the current armed conflict in Ukraine have received needed support from a committee established by Vietnam’s Embassy and the Vietnamese Association in the Czech Republic.

Nguyen Duy Nhien, Chairman of the Vietnamese Association in the Czech Republic, said, "From the very first day, we have truly felt the warmth of overseas Vietnamese and have been supporting Vietnamese people fleeing Ukraine to the Czech Republic and other countries.”

”We set up a support committee to provide legal advice, information, and guidance."
