(VOVworld) – On Tuesday, Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh received a delegation of the Quang Nam Association of AO/dioxin Victims.

Mr. Binh expressed his sympathy for the victims of the toxic chemicals used by the US army during the war. The Deputy Prime Minister asked Quang Nam province to continue helping the Agent Orange/ dioxin victims to integrate into the community.
