Vietnamese, Lao armies promote special solidarity

The Party leader pledged best conditions to promote cooperation between the two Ministries of Defense in maintaining political stability and social order. He called on the two armies to uphold their tradition, be vigilant, successfully accomplish their tasks, and build stronger forces. Lieutenant General Lakhamphong promised to cooperate with the Vietnamese Defense Ministry to successfully fulfill tasks assigned to promote bilateral special solidarity for mutual benefit, peace, stability and development.
