(VOVworld) – Vietnam’s consulates in Hongkong and Macao held a ceremony yesterday to mark Vietnam’s 67th National Independence Day on September 2.
Speaking at the event, Vietnam’s Consul to Hongkong and Macao, Nguyen Thi Nha, said that in recent years, Vietnam and Hongkong have seen considerable achievements in cooperation in various fields, especially trade, culture, and tourism. Cooperation between Vietnam and Hongkong in economics and trade remains strong despite the world economic crisis. The Head of Hongkong’s Department of Laws, Yan Guo Qian, expressed his hope that bilateral ties will be further strengthened in the future.
