Workers’ Month helps improve workers’ living conditions
(VOVWORLD) - The Ho Chi Minh City Confederation of Labor has organized activities to care for workers’ life, particularly those from ethnic minority groups and those with occupational injuries.

The Trade Union of Hanoi Industrial and Processing Zones launched an action month on occupational safety and hygiene. Hundreds of workers were honored for their innovative ideas.

Worker Le Van Ty of Toto Vietnam has upgraded the cast assembly to save about 600,000 USD for the company. “It took me 6 months to upgrade the molding process. The company and the Trade Union have acknowledged my initiative and encouraged us to work harder and propose more new ideas", Ly explained.
The Confederation of Labor of Vinh Long province and the Trade Unions of local industrial zones gave presents to children of disadvantaged workers.
