50 discussions at the conference focused on theory and practicalities in building a business culture, models of business culture in Vietnam and the world, and building a business culture that anticipates the challenges of international integration.  The workshop raised awareness of the importance of having a business culture, suggested several approaches to building a business culture for sustainable development.
