(VOVworld) – On Tuesday, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union held a conference to contribute ideas to draft documents on science and technology for the upcoming 12^th National Party Congress.

Uong Viet Dung, Deputy Chief of Office of the National Traffic Safety Committee, said the draft documents, which are based on specific scientific research, need to focus more on improving human resource quality and developing science and technology: “Science and technology are guides for development in the era of technology, promotes the modernization of production tools, helps us access the world and strengthen our prestige. With the great attention of the Party and state and the contributions of individuals, organizations, and scientists, Vietnam’s science and technology will further develop and our technological products will be world-recognized”.
