(VOVWORLD) - The Youth Union and the Ministry of Justice have held a workshop to discuss recommendations to revise the Youth Law. The workshop was chaired by Secretary of the Youth Union Central Committee Nguyen Ngoc Luong and Deputy Minister of Justice Dang Hoang Oanh.

Speaking at the event in Hanoi on Wednesday, former Deputy President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Do Duy Thuong, said the youth should play a bigger role in state and social management as well as policy supervision. Vietnam has nearly 24 million people age from 16 to 30, representing 26% of the national population.
