At the launched ceremony, 31 teams of young people applied to implement 13 projects on providing consultancy on agriculture and social issue to locals in 5 outlying districts of the city. Tran Duc Su, Deputy Director of the Center for Young Science and Technology Development, said: “We have signed cooperative deals with researchers and producers of high quality shrimp breeds and will replicate this model in farmers’ households in Can Gio and Nha Be district. By doing so, we hope that locals will be able to develop their economy at home.”

On Saturday, nearly 1,000 people participated in the launching ceremony of the Month for the Youth in Soc Son district, Hanoi. Young people will join programs held by the Youth Union, including start-up initiatives and application of IT in communications as well as celebration of the 87^th anniversary of the Youth Union on March 26.

In Vinh Long province, a launching ceremony for the local Month for the Youth opened with movements to mark the 87^th anniversary of the Youth Union, promote innovation for the community, and social welfare and employment for the youth.
